NHS Forth Valley is seeking a motivated Paediatric Diabetes Nurse to join our Children’s Services. You will deliver patient-centred care from diagnosis through ongoing management, in hospital and community settings, and work with families to promote self-management and wellbeing.
You will manage a defined caseload, contribute to clinics and service improvements, and align with national standards while collaborating across the multidisciplinary team.
