Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment
- Practical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Entra
- Experience building or supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Understanding of basic Power Platform governance concepts
- Comfortable in an operational, business-facing role with clear communication skills
- A driving licence is required for occasional travel to local regional offices
- Desirable: exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
- Desirable: familiarity with Dataverse
- Desirable: experience in a hybrid Microsoft environment (cloud and on-prem)
- Desirable: awareness of information security, data protection, and access control principles
- Desirable: relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, PL-900, or similar
- Administer our Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Entra , and Intune
- Configure and maintain collaboration, sharing, retention, and security settings in line with governance standards
- Manage user access, licensing, group configuration, and role assignments
- Monitor service health, handle incidents, and coordinate vendor escalation
- Plan and implement configuration changes based on Microsoft roadmap updates
- Support and maintain our existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows
- Build simple to moderately complex Power Apps for forms, approvals, and workflow-driven apps
- Assist with Dataverse or SharePoint-based data models
- Apply basic Power Platform governance controls, including environments, permissions, and DLP policies
- Work with business teams to translate requirements into practical low-code solutions
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, including permissions hygiene, data exposure awareness, and configuration checks
- Help evaluate early use cases for Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents Create guidance and documentation to support safe and effective Copilot usage

We are offering a Workplace Technology Engineer role based in Bourne End with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days a week in the office and a salary of up to £42,000. This is a hands‑on, operational role where you will own and help shape our Microsoft 365 digital workplace, keeping it secure, reliable, and useful for everyone who depends on it.
