DRAMS provides bulk inventory and distillery warehouse management software designed to meet the unique requirements of maturing spirit producers. What

will I be doing day-to-day?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant based in Scotland, who enjoys learning new skills, developing their technical knowledge, and delivering high-quality projects. This is a varied customer-facing consulting role where no two projects are the same. You will work with some of the world's leading spirits producers, delivering complex software implementations, facilitating business workshops, analysing customer processes and data, designing solutions, supporting data migration, delivering training and providing trusted consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.

You will typically manage multiple customers, projects and work streams simultaneously while working closely with internal development, product and project management teams.

  • Deliver software implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration and training.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects and customer work streams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications and implementation documentation.
  • Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution.
  • Analyse, validate and cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation.
  • Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration.
  • Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects.
  • Deliver DRAMS product training to our clients.
  • Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in relation to our products and services.
  • Work in partnership with clients; build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes where appropriate and providing expert advice on solution design and best practice.
