Experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioners to work alongside our Team Managers to lead and support service delivery and provide high-quality support and supervision to team members.
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Assistant Team Manager post in Restorative Justice:
Unpaid Work and Other Activity as part of our ongoing restructuring. This is a newly created role and, therefore, an excellent opportunity to assist in the realignment of the service to current priorities.

All ATMs will work as part of the Justice Service Management Team to deliver all services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies, and procedures for Justice Services, both locally and nationally.
Applicants must be trained in relevant risk assessment tools, have significant experience in justice social work practice, along with experience in supervising and managing workers.
