  • Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, IWFM).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within property maintenance, housing, facilities management, or a related field.

Will bring:

  • Strong strategic leadership and commercial acumen.
  • Experience leading modern maintenance operations and large, mobile work forces.
  • A demonstrable ability to drive transformation, digital change and service improvement, increasing productivity and performance metrics.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Boards, customers, colleagues, suppliers and contractors.
  • A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability and innovation.
Benefits
  • The opportunity to lead a high‑profile, impactful organisation at a defining moment.
  • A strong values‑led culture with a commitment to foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
  • The chance to make a tangible difference to customers, communities and colleagues.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
