Job Overview
Manpower UK is seeking a Plant Operative to join their client in Falkirk on a temporary basis, offering up to £15.50 per hour. The role requires an immediate start.
Shift PatternTues–Fri 6am–6pm, every third week night shift Mon–Thu 6pm–6am.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Plant Supervisors to manage site operations and assets efficiently.
- Control daily activities to optimise output and contribute to overall production.
- Ensure a safe and productive workplace environment.
- Experience operating in a small or medium manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
