Marshalls plc in Falkirk is recruiting a Production Operative (Operations Team Member) to support a 42-hour rota manufacturing role. The position includes 1 week in 3 on night shifts, with 12-hour shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.
You will contribute to safety, quality and efficiency within the production team. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will perform manual tasks, operate tools and machinery, and help meet OEE targets and waste reduction goals.
