manufacturing environment. About the Role As a Plant Operative, you will support daily production activities across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient and well?organised working environment. Working closely with Plant Supervisors, you will help control site operations, machinery and materials to maintain smooth output and high production standards.

Key Responsibilities Operating plant and production equipment safely Supporting manufacturing processes including batching, mixing, loading and material movement Monitoring machinery performance and reporting faults or irregularities Completing basic quality checks and recording production data Maintaining high housekeeping standards across work areas Following all site safety procedures, PPE requirements and compliance rules Assisting with stock control, waste management and general plant duties Working as part of a small team to meet daily production targets Adapting to night shift every 3 weeks as part of the rotation What We're Looking For Experience working in a small or medium?scale
