Connect Appointments have a unique opportunity for a Production Area Leader to join our prestigious client within their busy production site in Larbert. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a role within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
What's on offer?- A full-time, permanent position
- £32,000 to £35,000 per annum
- Join an established and growing production business
- Conducting morning check-ins, ensuring staff are signed in correctly
- Carrying out training and delivering briefs
- Liaising with HR regarding attendance and performance management
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Communicating clearly with the Operations Manager and other teams
- Previous experience within production, contract packing, manufacturing or FMCG
- The desire to progress
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on working approach
- Able to balance multiple responsibilities
- Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
