Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Stirling / Falkirk / Clackmannanshire

Salary: £12.79 per hour

Contract type: FTC, Seasonal 7 Months

Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00

We are recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to provide various GM services in Stirling, Falkirk & Clackmannanshire. This includes:

• Grass cutting (ride‑on and pedestrian)
• Strimming
• Shrub and border maintenance
• Hedge cutting
• Litter picking

• Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance with a can‑do attitude and safety‑conscious mindset
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations
• Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can‑do" attitude
• Experience of Ride‑On mower
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage
