What is a Supervisor? They are the team members who bridge the gap between management and Nandocas (our team members). Supervisors assist in restaurant operations and gain foundational management experience.

Supervisors gain valuable exposure to restaurant management and team leadership. While learning on the job, they prepare to step into an Assistant Manager role.
