We’reopening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand-new restaurant and settingit up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager,you’ll help build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, andcreate a high-energy, high-performing culture.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, supporting your team to deliver great food,fast service, and consistently high standards. From training and coaching new starters to leading shifts and embedding processes, you’ll be central togetting the restaurant off to a strong start.
