Costa Coffee in Aviemore is seeking a Team Leader for 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. You’ll guide busy shifts, train baristas, and keep service and coffee excellence at the forefront.
A positive, energetic leadership style will help you energise the team and deliver great guest experiences. This role offers a 30-hour week at £13.75–£14.75 per hour, with perks including a 50% discount, matched pension up to 10%, and a Coca‑Cola share scheme.
