Overview
We are recruiting ice cream van drivers/sales person who is age 25 or over and who hold a full clean driving licence with a minimum of two years driving experience. For insurance purposes, a Disclosure Scotland check will be mandatory where licensing regulations apply. Candidates must be trustworthy, polite and have high standards of personal hygiene. They must be able to work well with kids, elderly and vulnerable people.
Responsibilities- Drive an ice cream van and provide friendly customer service to customers.
- Act as a sales person, promoting and selling products at the point of sale.
- Follow licensing and safety regulations and complete required checks as part of the role.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
This job’s working pattern is evenings and weekends, which are essential. Permanent full-time position 36-42 hours is available, and part-time positions can also be offered for the right candidate.
Hours and payHours are variable: midweek Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm and weekends Saturday-Sunday 12pm-9pm. Pay is £12.71 per hour.
