Business Development Manager – Home/Field-based

Location:

Falkirk, Stirling, Dunfermline

Salary:
Up to £40,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home‑based contract

• Scope out, hunt, and seal new independent business opportunities, keeping the pipeline flowing.
• Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market.
• Develop bespoke culinary propositions to help customers save time and money.
• Achieve growth by hitting profit targets and receiving corresponding rewards.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring they feel supported by the Area Sales Manager.
• Monitor competition and market trends, providing insights and solutions from the world's biggest food wholesaler.
• Meet and exceed market goals.

• Commercial mindset with a drive to deliver against targets.
• Comfortable and confident working in the field.
• Experience in field sales is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
