We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and grow our presence across multiple sectors requiring access control and security solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective strategic sales and business development plans to drive adoption of our solutions in relevant sectors, expanding market presence.
- Manage a self-generated sales pipeline, delivering a continuous flow of new installation business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with providers of secure truck parking, truck washing, and other associated road services.
- Identify and engage with new customers, integrators, and partners in multiple sectors, including logistics, government, parking management, and critical infrastructure, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the SNAP sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets from fleet customers and Service Partners.
- Position Access and Security as a true business and security partner across all customer relationships, offering up‑to‑date, value‑added solutions to meet ongoing requirements.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service to enhance satisfaction, increase loyalty, and secure customer retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Grow the recurring, non‑installation margin in line with company KPIs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, emerging security technology, smart access control, and vehicle management.
- Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote the company and its solutions.
