We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent retailers and developers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential independent retail partners, fostering long-term relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing retailers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular visits to retailers, offering product training, merchandising advice, and promotional support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
