Seal Technician - Service & Installation at The Filta Group - UK

Seal Technician – Service & Installation, Filta Group LTD, Central Scotland area, £26–30K DOE plus overtime & bonus scheme, 40 hours per week (some split shift/rota availability required).

You will be responsible for measuring, making, and fitting seals around commercial fridges and freezers within a variety of environments and sectors.

• Ongoing use of hand‑held deployment devices and ensuring job‑logging software is up to date.
• Maintain schedule and self‑motivation to work alone for long periods of time with regular check‑ins back to headquarters/service desk.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus with the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Flexible approach to working pattern with occasional overnight stays (advanced notice required) covering the South West and South Wales regions.

• Experience with in commercial refrigeration is desired but not essential.
• Must have engineering or similar experience working on site and with customers.
• Must be willing to travel around the central Scotland area.
• Customer service skills and professional approach.
• Experience of agile working.
• Have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
• Be willing to work some unsociable hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience using measuring equipment, with the attention to detail to utilise properly.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
