We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Britvic in Lutterworth
. You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, preparing, loading and unloading customer orders.
This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, in a rotational shift (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) and one Saturday every 4 weeks

- Accurately pick customer orders
- Load/unload vehicles and complete associated paperwork
- Replenish stock, including stock rotation and pallet top‑ups
- Complete admin tasks using management systems
- Work to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks
- Comply with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment
- Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
- Experience driving MHE is desirable
- Team player with a “one team” mindset
- Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and locations
- Positive, can‑do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
