Russco is on the hunt for a rockstar multitasker to join our team. This is a role that floats between our Accounting, Operations, and Travel Logistics functions — so if you love variety, organization, and being the glue that holds things together, keep reading.

You’ll work closely with the Accounting team, our Operations Manager, and project teams to support everything from change order tracking to travel booking to financial reporting. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, growing construction company where no two days are the same.

• Work in accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and coordination with external accounting firm during monthly close.
• Help input and track change orders for active construction jobs and ensure pricing updates are captured accurately in contracts and systems.
• Support the execution and tracking of subcontractor contracts.
• Manage travel and hotel bookings for our road warrior superintendents — with an eye toward cost efficiency and logistics ease.
• Keep internal systems (Viewpoint and others) up to date and aligned across departments.
• Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a collaborative team and value flexibility!

• Solid experience in accounting, operations coordination, or similar roles.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, accounting software, and construction management platforms (bonus if you know Viewpoint).
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and can handle confidential info.
• A friendly team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
