Base pay range$19.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Greeting and assisting patients, families, and visitors with the admission process.
- Collecting and verifying personal, medical, and insurance information from patients or their representatives.
- Data entry for new Admissions
- Coordinating with medical, nursing, and accounting staff to ensure appropriate patient placement and payment arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of admissions, discharges, transfers, and referrals.
- Provide administrative support to the admissions department
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
