What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Create repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly
• Provide estimates and explain repair needs in a professional, customer-friendly manner
• Coordinate work between customers and technicians
• Follow up on vehicle status and completion timelines
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup

Qualifications:

• 1-5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• RO Writer experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships
• Experience presenting maintenance and repair recommendations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
• Bilingual applicants are welcome
• Portuguese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
