• The client's Procure-to-Pay team is seeking a highly analytical Procurement Business Analyst / Senior Procurement Specialist to provide immediate support during a period of transition and team restructuring.
• This individual will play a critical role in improving procurement data accuracy, auditing existing processes, optimizing reporting, and ensuring the integrity of procurement and contract records.

• Review, audit, and validate procurement data to improve overall reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Analyze procurement and contract-related data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support cleanup and optimization efforts within procurement systems, including Zip and Ironclad.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses to support procurement decision-making.
• Create and optimize queries to improve visibility into procurement activities and category performance.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of existing procurement records, contracts, and workflows.
• Partner with procurement stakeholders to improve reporting structures and establish more reliable data governance practices.
• Support process documentation and identify opportunities to streamline procurement operations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Procurement Analytics, or a related function.
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, cleansing, and validating large sets of procurement or operational data.
• 5+ years of experience in working with procurement contracts and contract management processes.

• The ideal candidate will have a good procurement background combined with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Good procurement background with an emphasis on analytics, reporting, audit, compliance, or operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Complex formulas
• Data validation
• Query creation and analysis
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently identify data issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Zip or similar procurement intake/workflow tools.
