As a Senior Glazing Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in Company's growth by delivering precise, competitive bids and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to shape high-performance building envelopes.

Analyze architectural drawings, specs, and site conditions to develop accurate estimates

Prepare detailed takeoffs and bid packages for curtain wall, storefront, and specialty glazing systems

Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective solutions

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align scope and execution

Maintain estimating documentation and support continuous workflow improvement

Participate in strategic planning and client presentations as needed

5+ years of experience in commercial glazing estimating

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Partner Pak, or comparable estimating platforms

Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass types, and installation methods

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and retrofit strategies is a plus

Ability to use output from our estimating software and M/S Excel spread sheets
