This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator, located in our Fall River, MA office. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately preparing project bids by reviewing specifications, drawings, and other project documents. Tasks include gathering cost information, preparing material and labor estimates, providing proposals to clients, and collaborating with the project management team. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and timelines.

Strong attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders are essential to the role.

• Proficiency in estimating processes, including ability to review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience calculating material and labor costs accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with commercial contractors, architects, and project teams
• Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimation software, or relevant tools
• Experience in commercial glazing or related construction field is highly desirable
• Self‑motivated and team‑oriented, with the ability to work independently on‑site
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
