Sign-on Bonus $25,000. We are seeking a full-time, Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Adult Neurologist to join our well-established and collegial Neurology Division in Fall River, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a physician-owned, multispecialty group offering long-term stability, partnership potential, and meaningful flexibility in shaping one’s individual practice.
Position Highlights:- Predominantly outpatient neurology practice with limited inpatient responsibility
- Hospital rounding approximately six weeks per year, supported by a dedicated Neurohospitalist service
- Significant flexibility within a full-time role to tailor clinical interests and practice focus
- Specialty training or subspecialty interests are welcomed and actively supported
- On-site CT and MRI imaging
- IAC-accredited Vascular Laboratory for carotid duplex imaging
- Comprehensive ancillary neurologic services, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies
- Stroke program recognized by the AHA
- Teleneurology utilized for suspected stroke evaluations
- Local availability of neurosurgeons and vascular surgeons
- Established referral network for interventional neuroangiography, advanced interventions, and complex tertiary-care cases
- Salary range $359,158 - $440,555
- Sign-on Bonus $25,000
- Eligibility for corporate bonuses after one year
- Partnership eligibility after three years with minimal buy-in

Requirements:- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Eligible for or able to obtain Massachusetts medical licensure
