Endocrinology Physician

Endocrinologist - Fall River, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Setting: Outpatient + Inpatient (Consults Only)

Schedule: M-F 3-4 days/week (Typical hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

EMR Systems:

• Outpatient: eClinical Works
• Inpatient: Meditech

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and weight management.
• Participate in inpatient consultations on a rotating basis with team members.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment tools such as continuous glucose monitoring, thyroid ultrasound/FNA, and weight management programs.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants for hospital rounding (paper-based system).
• Opportunity to be involved in specialized programs (e.g., Thyroid Center, Men's Health, Transgender Health).

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Endocrinology
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology
• Comfortable with a mix of outpatient and inpatient care
• Strong interest in treating diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic disorders
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
