Pay Range: $40,435.20 – $46,550.40 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek)
Location: Fall River, MA

Are you ready to be part of something truly special? People Incorporated is excited to open a new, state-of-the-art Early Education Center this summer — and we’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and creative Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our growing team!

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development
• Maintain strong communication with families and team members
• Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings
• Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards

• Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting
• Passion for early learning and child development
• Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus
• Must pass all required background checks
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
