We’re Hiring: ABA Paraprofessionals — Fall River Area

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with schools in the Fall River, MA area to hire ABA-Focused Paraprofessionals for the 2025–2026 school year. Join a team dedicated to evidence-based practices, data-driven instruction, and meaningful student progress.

  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:20 AM–2:30 PM (varies by school)
• Duration:
  Full 2025–2026 School Year
• Pay:
  Up to $25/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA-based instruction
• Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with fidelity
• Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, shaping, and task analysis
• Collect, graph, and record behavioral and academic data
• Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavior needs
• Assist with classroom routines while maintaining consistent behavioral expectations
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, and support staff to ensure aligned interventions

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of ABA or Special Education experience
• Working knowledge of ABA principles and behavior-analytic strategies
• Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and plan implementation
• Ability to follow behavior plans with accuracy and professionalism
• Calm, patient, and flexible approach to challenging behaviors
• Willingness to support multiple students or classrooms as needed
• MUST be a team player

• Implement BCBA-developed behavior and skill-acquisition plans
• Use data-driven instruction to guide interventions
• Support communication, social skills, and academic readiness

Middle School — Autism & Specialized Instruction

• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Promote engagement, independence, and functional communication
• Address academic and behavioral needs using ABA strategies

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
