Position Overview

Every Special Child is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a school team in Fall River, MA. The teacher will provide individualized instruction and support students with diverse academic, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs.

• Develop and deliver engaging, individualized instruction.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Support students' academic, social, and behavioral development.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, families, and school staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license preferred/required based on assignment.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to student success.
