Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr actual compensation may vary based on experience, responsibilities and performance.

As a Member Services Representative you will provide exceptional customer service, promote the Judgement Free Zone® and support the club’s mission of empowering individuals to achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club, answering questions and providing assistance.
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by engaging with members on the floor and providing support for their fitness journeys.
- Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, contact the Club Manager for escalation.
- Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and provide information to callers.
- Perform membership‑related functions such as sign‑ups, contact and billing updates, cancellations, collection of unpaid balances, and membership transfers.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct prospective member tours, assessing membership needs.
- Execute retail transactions accurately and work toward sales objectives.
- Maintain cleaning and sanitization standards for all exercise equipment, Recovery Zone amenities and club areas.
- Ensure restrooms and other shared spaces are clean, stocked and free of clutter according to the cleaning schedule.
- Perform comprehensive walk‑throughs of club areas to identify and correct safety or maintenance issues.
- Address facility concerns such as equipment malfunctions or missing items promptly.
- Effective communication skills.

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Continual standing and movement throughout shift.
- Frequent on‑site communication with members and staff.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Repeated cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Body movements including bending, twisting, and repositioning.
