Physical Therapist (PT) | Fall River, MA
We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Fall River, Massachusetts. This opportunity allows you to provide meaningful therapy services that help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive team environment.
Location: Fall River, MA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)
Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)
RequirementsActive Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts)
BLS certification (required)
New graduates welcome to apply
SNF experience preferred
Must provide a negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to start date (results must be issued 48 hours prior)
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation interventions
Track and document patient progress accurately
Collaborate with PTAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on therapy programs and safe mobility techniques
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility care standards
