Clinician

Overview

We have an excellent full-time opportunity for a Clinician to provide outpatient treatment to individuals and families of the Behavioral Health Center in an office and/or outreach basis. The starting salary range is $54,870 - $56,950.

• Provide therapy services — individual, group, couples, or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based, or via telehealth as appropriate for the client’s clinical needs.
• Attend case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings. Maintain caseload to perform assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
• Provide trainings and participate in the clinic staff training program; serve as a consultant on clinical work issues when needed.
• Receive ongoing supervision to meet agency and licensing requirements.
• Provide on-call triage to clients of the Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. On-call shifts are weekly (Tuesday to Tuesday, 5:00 PM–9:00 AM weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays). Reimbursement is based on the on-call rotation schedule.
• Submit timesheets biweekly.
• Full-time clinicians receive 3 weeks of paid time off and 11 paid holidays. PTO must be used by June 30th each fiscal year unless starting in the final quarter; accrued PTO may be used by October 1st of the next fiscal year. Full-time clinicians billing 40 hours are expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.

• Must have a Master’s in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
• Must be licensed or license eligible (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
