We are searching for a talented RN-Resource Nurse-Oncology.

ResponsibilitiesUnder direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non‑clinical care activities. The role serves as a point person in Medical Oncology infusion room, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care. This role provides real‑time coordination, clinical oversight, patient flow management, and support to nursing and ancillary staff. The Resource Nurse functions as an expert clinician, problem‑solver, and liaison between providers, pharmacists, schedulers, and leadership to ensure exceptional patient experience and adherence to oncology best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2‑3 years of oncology or infusion nursing experience.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- ONS Chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification is required.
- OCN strongly recommended.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
USD $46.11 – $83.03 per hour.
