Pay$72,320.00 per year
Work ShiftsHybrid variable – afternoons and evenings (8:00am‑4:30pm, 9:00am‑5:30pm, 10:00am‑6:30pm).
What You’ll DoAs a Behavior Analyst in BHN’s Community Wraparound Program, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll complete comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and coach caregivers and direct staff to implement positive behavior supports across a variety of natural environments.

- Manageable Caseload – 10‑13 where you can prioritize quality over quantity
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), skill‑based assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS), and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Deliver services in home, school, clinic, and other community settings
- Collaborate with families, collateral providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Provide modeling, training, and consultation to caregivers and program staff
- Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and strategies based on data
- Write timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, notes, and assessments
- Maintain compliance with all timelines and regulations from funders and agency guidelines
- Attend team meetings and support plan implementation with fidelity and compassion
- Master’s degree in a mental health‑related field (required)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and providing community‑based behavioral services
- Knowledge and practice in conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and coaching caregivers
- BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
- Experience working with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and/or dual diagnoses
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (required)
- Culturally competent and able to support individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Must be at least 21 years old
