OverviewWe are currently seeking a full‑time (40 hours per week with a 25 billable expectation) Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) staff member for our In‑Home Therapy (IHT) program. The starting pay range is $20–$22. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; this schedule may change based on the clinical needs of assigned families.
Responsibilities- Have a willingness and ability to work with the SED, DMH and DCF populations.
- In‑Home Therapy is provided by a qualified clinician who may work in a team that may include a qualified TT&S staff member.
- IHT services may be provided in any setting where the youth is naturally located, in‑person and via telehealth when clinically indicated.
- Arrange for the collection of relevant information regarding the family’s story, current situation, and family strengths and needs.
- Implement a care/action plan based upon the child and families voice, choice, and needs under the guidance of an IHT clinician and team recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings to meet the clinical needs of the child and family, including but not limited to the home (including foster homes and therapeutic foster homes), schools, child care centers, respite settings, and other community settings.
- Make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics and hospitals as needed.
- Maintain paperwork requirements and time frames of agency, Mass Health Managed Care Entities and other commercial insurances.
- Assess immediate risk for safety and coordinate resources for stabilizing that risk.
- Guide the team members towards open, strength‑based, family‑friendly problem solving.
- Maintain a healing and helpful relationship with youth, young adult and family.
- Guide team to implement the interventions of the plan and update as necessary; monitor cases to ensure continued eligibility.
- Understand and demonstrate commitment to agency mission, values, and philosophy in performing skills specific to role.
- Maintain all ethical and legal requirements of the Agency.
- Assume responsibility for meeting and maintaining all licensing, COA or agency requirements for personal health, training or other certifications.
- The IHTTS must meet with the In Home Therapy Supervisor on a weekly basis for supervision in person.
- All supervision must be documented in files accessible for review by the MCE during site review process or upon request.
- Supervision notes must contain, at a minimum, information regarding frequency of supervision, format of supervision, supervisor’s signature, and general content of supervision sessions.
- Bachelor’s level in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited school, or an associate’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience working with the target population pursuant to MCE credentialing criteria.
- Experience in navigating any of the child/family‑serving systems and/or experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems.
- Must have the skills necessary to engage and work with others from diverse backgrounds and maintain a non‑judgmental attitude toward families.
- Experience working with children and families preferred.
- Must be willing to work with SED population and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet the clinical needs of the child and family.

- Full‑time TT&S staff receive an incentive rate of $15.00 for each billable unit hour of services provided above 50 units hours of service per pay period – adjusted for full PTO days and holidays.
