We are searching for a talented Social Work Clinician
$3000 new hire sign‑on bonus with LICSW or LMHC license at time of hire. (rehires more than 1 year also eligible)

** Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Manager or designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the social work functions. Under the supervision of an LICSW, provide case management services including but not limited to application of clinical diagnostic, assessment or treatment knowledge or skills. Identify and address psychosocial factors that may impede the patients' ability to optimize benefit from the health care delivery experience.
Intervene as necessary preventing over and under utilization of health care resources. Actively participate in discharge planning to assure timely individual patient discharges within the scope of position responsibilities.
- A Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university is required.
- National third‑party certification, LCSW is required within 4 months of hire as a Masters of Social Work Clinician.
- A minimum of MSW is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
- Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
USD $51,938.00 - USD $86,528.00 /Yr.
Rotation Schedule RequirementEvery 5th weekend
