Clerical Coordinator role at Southcoast Health.

Location:

Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA.

Hours:

32 hours;
Evening shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

Employment type:

Full-time.

• Position reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designee.
• Perform clerical duties including patient interviews, clerical support, patient registration, data/order entry, transcription of orders, collation of medical records, and other clerical duties as assigned.

• Completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
• Completion and passing of the Medical Terminology course is required.
• Computer skills including knowledge of the Meditech system and related secretarial experience are preferred.
• Minimum of one year related work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an exemption by signing a statement certifying exemption after hire.

Pay range: USD $17.50 – $25.21 per hour. Pay rate determined based on level of experience.
