If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Master's degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration
- Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business, preferably in health care.
- Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing with strong clinical skills.
- Preferably have prior management/supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency or equivalent education.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills.
As a Sr Director Clinical Operations, you will:
- Responsible for oversight of and/or scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties.
- Ensure that all patient/family services comply with federal, state(s) and local regulatory requirements and with accepted professional standards.
- Participate and promote Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines.
- Attend the interdisciplinary group meeting on a regular basis and serve as a liaison with the Medical Director and clinical staff.
- Participate in or lead quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able.
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities related to patient and family services, including Quality.
