Salary: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

We are looking for compassionate individuals to serve as Individual Support Counselors, providing premier services to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role involves implementing individualized programs, ensuring health and welfare, and maintaining safety.

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes
• Implement Individual Service Plans
• Provide health and welfare support
• Maintain cleanliness and safety
• Assist with meals, activities of daily living, and housekeeping
• Attend medical appointments and administer or monitor medication
• Assist with financial management
• Encourage community integration through outings

Examples of outings include:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling

• Compassionate and eager to make a difference
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Ability to travel to client homes
