We are searching for a talented Senior Occupational Therapist Assistant
Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day shift with 2 holidays, major and minor. 1 weekend shift per month; shift varies
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

** Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Under direction of individually assigned Team Leader or Designee, perform a variety of patient care and related duties within the Rehabilitation Services Department.
- An Associates Degree in an Occupational Therapy Program is required.
- Current Massachusetts Licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant is required.
- One (1) year of experience is preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
