We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Nursing Admin Supervision

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Day/Evening shift, 4:00pm - 12:00am / 7:00am - 7:00pm weekend;
Weekend and holiday rotation

Location:
Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Services, or designee, perform a wide variety of duties including acting as an on-site Administrator, serving as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff including providing administrative and clinical supervision, collaborating with other applicable hospital departments and services to assure a high standard of patient care, performing other administrative and related duties, etc.

Qualifications
  • A baccalaureate degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts R. N. license is required.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and demonstrated decision-making ability required.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required.
  • Current RN registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • BCLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
