Bilingual - In-Home Therapist – 4-day work week!
Work just 4 days a week and enjoy a 3-day weekend, every weekend! Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic therapists who want to enhance the mental wellness of people within our community. We value your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.
Great position for a newly licensed Master’s level; we will provide supervision for independent licensure. Independent licensed clinicians have opportunities to expand their skillsets.
Job DescriptionThe Bilingual In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – required
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Optional 4‑day work week available – work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday

- Fee‑for‑service rate: $50 – $70 per hour
