Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PMWe are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for afternoon and evening cases in Suffolk County, MASchedules vary by case and may include weekday afternoon/evening hours, as well as some weekend opportunities.Please include your preferred location and availability when applying.Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
Implement activities and interventions as directed
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
Complete required session documentation
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Reliable and consistent
Patient, compassionate, and energetic
Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus
