This role involves managing and servicing a book of personal lines clients with professionalism and care. - Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Quote new business and shop renewals as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system
- Educate clients on coverage options and provide guidance tailored to their needs
- Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and Carriers to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines and industry trends
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an agency setting
- Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., AMS
360, Applied Epic) - Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Portuguese) is a plus
- Experience working with multiple carriers and markets
