This position is located in Bristol County, MA. Our flagship location for this area is the New Bedford branch at 430 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02745.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you’ll engage with the community to build relationships essential to growing your own business.

We’ll teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first. Our culture emphasizes healthy competition as a driver of growth for both the business and your career.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol related incidents on driving record within the past five years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
