Gold Medal Bakery is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Custom Fulfillment Operator to transfer boxed products from racks to pallets and load trailers in a fast‑paced shipping environment. The role is a 12‑hour shift (2:00 am–2:00 pm, days vary). Candidates must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess strong visual and arithmetic skills.

• Selects, counts, and moves boxed product from racks to pallets per shipping orders.
• Verifies count by variety, records data, and reports discrepancies.
• Visually checks product for volume, color, topping, bag, price, coding, and stickers; removes damaged trays and racks.
• Properly loads boxes onto trailers, secures items, and bar‑loads safely.
• Unloads and stores purchased products in assigned areas.
• Trains/retrains employees per company training guidelines (e.g., annual GMPT).
• Maintains a neat, clean work area and assists other employees when possible.
• Notifies supervision of equipment problems or safety hazards; follows all safety programs and procedures.
• Performs related assignments and training as directed by supervision.

• High school level knowledge; reads, writes, speaks English; performs simple arithmetic.
• Basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to count products.
• Strong visual and mental ability to identify products, codes, labels, and read orders.
• Ability to move up and down building stairways; reach seven feet to handle racks.
• Capable of understanding complex verbal and written instructions.
• Available to work a 12‑hour shift; shift times 2:00 am–2:00 pm (days vary).

• Exert up to 50 lbs occasionally; up to 20 lbs frequently; up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Move objects such as trays and dollies; perform repetitive tasks following simple instructions.
• Move up and down building stairways; perform tasks requiring stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing.
• Reach seven (7) feet to handle racks and trays.
• Understand complex instructions (verbally and in writing); read notices and work schedules.
• Work subject to hazards such as proximity to moving parts, electrical current, and moving objects carrying considerable weight and force.
