JobOverview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our production environment. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and alignment with company standards. This role plays a key part in driving productivity, optimizing workflow, and maintaining the high-quality standards for which Anderson Airmotive is known.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the production team to meet daily output targets reliably and safely.
- Coordinate workflow across departments—assembly, quality assurance, and shipping—to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery.
- Monitor production performance: track key metrics, spot bottlenecks, and implement timely improvements.
- Enforce strict quality control to ensure products meet proper specifications.
- Facilitate continuous process improvements by tracking production data, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting optimizations.
- Promote a safe working environment: uphold safety protocols and ensure team compliance with company policies.
- Support and mentor staff: provide training, performance feedback, and guidance on operational and technical best practices.
- 3–5 years of operations or manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in aerospace, electrical connectors, or similar technical manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive team performance and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of production planning, workflow management, and quality standards.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting production metrics and using data to guide decisions.
- Familiarity with aerospace or military connector specifications is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills: capable of coordinating across departments and levels of leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
