Role Overview: We are currently looking for dedicated Production Leads to manage manufacturing workflows across our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Fall River, MA facility. You will be tasked with guiding your team, upholding safety and efficiency standards, hitting production benchmarks, and ensuring all output meets our rigorous quality criteria. We need a proactive, hands‑on leader who excels at communication and problem‑solving within a high-volume manufacturing setting.

  • Direct, instruct, and inspire production staff during your designated shift.
  • Organize daily operations to help the team achieve safety, quality, and output goals.
  • Track production timelines to guarantee that all client orders are fulfilled punctually.
  • Distribute personnel to specific stations and reallocate staff as operational demands shift.
  • Oversee staff punctuality, individual output, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by enforcing all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Keep the manufacturing floor tidy, structured, and hazard‑free.
  • Observe product quality and collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Pinpoint operational bottlenecks, downtime, or inefficiencies to help improve overall process performance.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance department to reduce equipment outages.
  • Finalize all necessary shift logs, production reports, and relevant paperwork.
  • Lead team briefings at the start of shifts to clarify production objectives.
  • Ensure that all tools, machinery, and equipment are utilized and maintained correctly.
  • Support the team by assisting with onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze production challenges to suggest and implement effective solutions.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions by communicating clearly with other supervisors and management during shift handovers.
  • Keep precise logs of material usage and inventory levels as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to boost team performance across the department.
