Position Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time / Per Diem / Weekend Warrior available.

Salary: LPN Part/Full Time $34.75/hr; LPN Per Diem $30.50/hr; RN Part/Full Time $41.25/hr; RN Per Diem $38.00/hr; LPN Weekend Warrior $40.25/day.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (per‑dime and weekend warrior days may vary).

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitation of family visitations, and medication distribution while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and individualized programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when necessary to maintain the safety of others.

• Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and physical upon hire, with TB updates every two years thereafter.
